Tryouts for our U13 and U15 winter/spring teams (school year 2010/2011)
will start end of July early August with an additional date in September.
Generally these players will join us for the summer of 2011 as well. These TRYOUTS are open to all and rolling WHICH MEANS even as we start cutting players we will continue to look a new players that may not have known about our tryouts or missed them because of vacation. We will post on this website when tryouts are over - until that time consider tryouts open and please contact us by filling out form.

As of 8/20/10 - we are no longer looking at GOALIEs for U13 and u15.

As of TODAY 8/19/10 - we are no longer going to take anymore 2013 and
2014 applications to evaluate players.

Our teams are very competitive and players need to have experience at the highest level for their age to have a chance at securing a roster spot on one of our squads. We are committed to only have 1 team per age group many very good players do not make our teams. 

At the U13 and U15 level for our winter and spring team the commitment level is such that the player will not

be able to play for an MYLA or HARCO league team.

Please do not try out if you cannot make that commitment.

Under 13's -      

This age group will be for 6th and 7th graders who are interested in playing with the CRABS this Winter and next spring (2011) in the NPYLL. 
Tryouts are starting now and are open to any talented player.

 

Under 15's  --- 8th grade students '10-'11 school year:

8th grade students in spring 2011. Players will play together winter of 2009 (at FASTBREAK in the High School JV A/B Division) and spring of 2011 in the new National Premier Youth Lacrosse League! Also we will travel to Long Island and New Jersey to play other top club teams! Players who make good candidates have prior MYLA "AA"  type experience.

(2014's) The Fantastic Freshman!  CLOSED now

9th grade students in spring 2011. If you are a top notch 9th grader and want to play summer ball with other really good 9th graders, we have a roster spot for you! Tryouts are starting now and are open to any talented player in the ninth grade during the 2010/2011 school year.

Joining the BLC Crabs as a freshman is the best way to get into the club for your high school years. 

This group will represent some of the best freshman in the state.

(2013's) --- "SUPER SOPHS"    closed now

This is a very important recruiting year and our "Super Sophs" traditionally get a lot of interest at the various recruiting tournaments they will attend. It is a very, very competitive team and hard to make. You must be very confident in your ability to try out. Returning players need to check with their high school coach to make sure they are going to be available during the summer's main events. Some high school coaches will have you in several events. We need to clarify this prior to securing your spot.

11th grade students in spring 2011.

This senior team will play in the Vail Shootout in CO in June 2011. .
